Maruse Chikusan "Livestock" Seto's Kobe Beef Sirloin 100g
Sirloin from Marse Livestock Seto, the No. 1 in fattening Kobe beef female cattle.
The fat melts at room temperature, and the meat has a very high content of oleic acid, an unsaturated fatty acid.
We have prepared a full course of this sirloin which the red meat has a rich flavor and the fat meat is smooth and does not make your stomach heavy.
We hope you will try our sirloin, which we are very proud of.
